Our customer, a globally active company in the construction machinery industry headquartered in Munich, Germany, has set itself the goal of expanding SAP CRM with marketing functionalities.

Steps & Highlights
Since the first campaigns were already planned as part of trade fair invitations and were to be carried out in an integrated manner, there was only a very short period of a few weeks in which to implement new processes in the existing solution and carry out the first campaigns.
In order to ensure the chosen implementation schedule, the requirements were recorded using the Vision11 best practice approach for email marketing with SAP CRM. The scope in SAP included the mapping of marketing plans, the segmentation of target groups, as well as the execution of email marketing campaigns with corresponding registration options.
After a rapid requirements analysis and the definition of the target processes, the solution was implemented with SAP CRM and then tested so that it could be put live within only 6 weeks.
Vision11 then conducted comprehensive process training for the responsible CRM key users in marketing and supported the customer in the conceptual and operational implementation of the first online campaigns in SAP CRM.
