Throughout the project, Vision11 supported Kollmannsperger Executive Search in the design, implementation and customisation of the core processes in the new Lightning interface. Overall, layout adjustments, connection of Office 365 products, integration of external data sources, reporting and creation of technical system processes were carried out. The layout adjustments make it possible to have the most important information for a research process at a glance. Due to the industry, in which many contacts need to be maintained, duplicate management was also introduced. In order to better log communication with customers in the system, contacts, calendar events and email traffic were synchronised with the Sales Cloud via Outlook. File management was also developed through the connection to Sharepoint.
By customising the Lightning Experience interface, information can be presented more compactly and clearly, which simplifies the acquisition of candidates and clients. Additional functionalities and the possibility of connecting external systems make business processes more fluid and seamless. The synchronisation of all contacts and calendar entries from Outlook brings the advantage that all these objects can be mapped and used in the mobile app via the Salesforce app. Contacts, customers and appointments that are created in Salesforce without gaps are also displayed here, for example, when a call is made on the smartphone.
