Our customer has set the goal of realizing the complete handling of the repair processes with a modern, mobile and user-friendly application. In addition, the SAPUI5 application now displays all necessary information on quality notifications from the ERP CS module within a central dashboard. Furthermore, additional information from third-party systems is also displayed. The new Fiori-like application allows all necessary actions to be carried out in order to further process the quality notifications.

Steps & Highlights
The application, based on the SAPUI5 framework, connects various SAP & non-SAP backend systems with each other. Among others, SAP ERP, SalesForce, Oracle Agile, SharePoint and a test data management system were connected to the central dashboard. Thus, a complete 360° view of all relevant information is now possible. Vision11 accompanied the conception phase during the agile project and implemented the frontend. The user-friendliness of the application was always in the foreground.
Via the new mobile SAPUI5 interface, customer service users have direct access to all information relevant to operational business from various source systems. The SAP ERP GUI transactions have thus been replaced by a new, application-friendly, web-based UI5 application. Now, for example, the complete processing of quality notifications can take place on the mobile tablets. In addition, a central interactive dashboard was made available to the service employees, which contains all process-relevant data from SAP ERP, SalesForce, Oracle Agile, SharePoint and the test data management system and thus enables a complete 360° view of all relevant information.
