The Audi A plus program offers Audi customers special benefits such as useful assistance services, the “myAudi A plus” online platform, selected added value from well-known cooperation partners and much more. The aim is to make life easier for Audi customers in their everyday mobile lives and to provide them with a comprehensive information service that increases convenience and simultaneously saves them time.

Steps and Highlights
In particular, a fundamental redesign of the programme, as well as a differentiated approach to customers through interest-based content and the addition of communication channels by setting up an online portal, should help to open up these new milieus. In addition, the retail trade was to be integrated into the programme, so that a link between sales and the “myAudi A plus” online platform was implemented.
Vision11 supported AUDI AG by taking over the overall project management for the realignment as well as the planning and implementation of the online solution. The focus here was on controlling the service providers involved, developing the online platform, and implementing and integrating CRM-relevant processes into the SAP CRM system used throughout the Group.
Added value
Through the realignment of the existing Audi A plus customer program, new milieus can now be addressed by the A plus program. Vision11 took into account the change in media usage when defining the solution. This allows a more progressive and younger customer structure to be addressed with immediate effect.
