AMORELIE
To underpin strong growth with a sustainable structure, AMORELIE initiated a project for the standardization of business processes. The aim was to optimize the business processes through an integrated, system-supported processing with a strong reduction of interface losses. In this context, Vision11 supported AMORELIE with strategy consulting, business process analysis and the conception of a forward-looking ERP roadmap for further internationalization. In the first step, the existing processes in the categories Category Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Shop Management, Business Intelligence and Accounting were recorded and analyzed. Taking into account the company goals and current pain points, the modeling of the SOLL process landscape took place. Building on this, Vision11 developed a roadmap with concrete optimization approaches and structural recommendations for action.
